1972 European trials champion and Scottish 6 days winner Mick Andrews leaves Ossa for joining Yamaha.
1973 Mick is competing with the TY 250 and helps finishing the developpement

Boom of Yamaha TY in Switzerland. Gottfried Linder is Swiss Champion on a special TY with more than 250ccm
1977 black / white: in its 4th year of production, mareketed now more as a trail bike with batterie
